On the night of the 9th of November 2018, a car collided with me and my daughter, Charlie (Charlotte) Salway as we were walking home from a slayer concert Mbala Kinsala (the intoxicated driver) was driving dangerously down the road and hit me and my daughter. Due to this incident my daughter sadly passed and I was left with injures such as a fractured arm which needed plated. As a result of this incident me and my family are grieving and still very upset. Police later discovered Mbala had fled the country, taking a flight from Manchester to Addis Ababa on September 3, 2019. He's currently believed to be in his native Democratic Republic of C0ngo, but the inquest heard efforts to extradite him have failed and it is now accepted there is no chance he will return to the UK to face justice. We want a private investigator to bring him home and get justice getting us closure.

Despite our best efforts, we have hit numerous roadblocks and are struggling to get the clarity we desperately need.
