Dear friends, family, and kindhearted strangers,
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved David Meza, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at 67 years old. He was a loving son, loving father of Corina, grandfather of little David, brother to many, and uncle to everyone.
The loss we feel is immeasurable.
David, as the oldest son to a single mother, unselfishly stepped up to the role of the man of the house at an early age to help take care of his brothers and sisters.
He was a loving father, fun grandpa and always gave what he could from the heart. Family meant everything to him. ♥️
David brought so much joy with his smile and contagious laughter, his vibrant personality which gave light to our lives. David always had a joke or two, enjoyed listening to his Oldies but goodies, and dancing. He had a unique ability to make everyone feel valued and loved, leaving behind cherished memories that will last a lifetime. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
As we come to terms with David’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt tribute that reflects the incredible person he was, but unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming during this already challenging time.
We are reaching out for support in honoring David’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on grieving and remembering him fondly.
Funds raised will go towards final expenses, such as transportation, funeral service, cremation costs, and memorial arrangements. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that our beloved David Meza is properly laid to rest with the dignity and respect he deserves.
We appreciate your love, thoughts, prayers, and messages of support and for honoring David’s memory with us during this difficult time. Your kindness means the world to us as we navigate through our grief.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
With heartfelt gratitude,
His one and only daughter Corina Meza
