Help Us Honor Deshia Arthur's Memory

On 11/16/2024, our precious family member, Deshia Arthur, was shot and instantly killed in the street. Our family is still in shock, and our hearts are absolutely broken. We are currently still waiting to get Justice!

Deshia Arthur was born on February 16th, 2006 to her mother, Yva Sannon, and father, Demond Donahue Arthur. She has one sister Valencia and one brother Alex. She was full of laughter, love, jokes, light, soul, and the brightest star in the room. Deshia made everyone around her laugh at some point in their life and was just one of the most amazing human beings! Deshia loved being around her friends and enjoyed having a good time in life at any time. This tragic situation came unexpectedly, and with that comes unexpected costs that our family was not prepared for.

losing someone is the most difficult thing to go through, but also the financial difficulties it comes with. Planning the funeral and making sure Deshia gets the proper burial that she deserves. We continue to go through this investigation process and we will get Justice for DD.
