Help Us Honor Enola Cookson's Memory

Hello, my name is Danielle. I am the granddaughter of Enola Cookson. As many of her friends and family know she was in a horrific accident in April of 2023 and survived surgeries, biopsies, transfusions, and medication complications to keep her alive. She never wanted to be a burden to anyone and always came out on the other side of every operation with "I'm fine Dear" and to send her home. In June she passed away and is no long suffering, but due to the circumstances of her death, funeral expenses are beyond what we as a family alone are capable of coming up with. She was the type of woman that took care of everyone else without a second thought. We understand that people are financially strapped, but any contributions or donations are greatly appreciated to put my grandmother to rest. We want to honor her wishes and will inform anyone interested with funeral arrangements as soon as we can.
