Dear friends and family,

It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of partner, father, grandfather, son, and brother - Gavin Pedler.

Gavin was a kind and loving soul, who could lighten the heart of anyone he met (and make you laugh all day). Unfortunately, Gavin passed away unexpectedly on Saturday the 14th of September.

Gavin loved his partner Debbie, and his girls - Zoe, Sharnee, Brittney, Raine, and Shaye. Gavin was their rock, and his sudden loss leaves an unimaginable void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

This unexpected tragedy has left the family facing unimaginable heartbreak, but also unexpected financial challenges as they try to cope and navigate a pathway forward during this difficult time. We are looking to help Gavin's loved ones shoulder the burden of his passing, while they try and grieve.

We are reaching out to ask for your support to help them manage this period of immense grief and transition. The average Australian funeral is around $7,000. All funds raised by this Gofundme will go directly to helping Debbie and the girls cover immediate expenses, including funeral costs, household bills, and to ensure that that day to day expenses can be covered as they try and move forward without a partner, dad, and grandad.

Gavin was a man of immense strength, kindness and generosity. We hope to extend that same kindness and generosity to his family.
