Help Us Honor Karen M. Schmidt's Memory

My mother, Karen M. Schmidt, passed away at the age of 62 on 9/27/24 from a terrible and cruel disease, Alzheimer's/Frontal Lobe Dementia. No longer able to ensure her safety, my sisters and I had to make a hard decision to eventually commit her to a nursing home, which ultimately took everything she had.

We are asking for help to give our mom a proper service. She deserves nothing but the best. Please consider helping us in our desperate time of need... THANK YOU. Anything will be greatly appreciated.

Karen was the most caring person with the biggest heart. She worked all of life to support her children. She loved her grandchildren and loved to spend any time she could with them. She adored her dog "Max" as one of her own. Before she became forgetful, you could find her walking at the park taking in the scenery. She will be forever missed. We are grateful she is with her only son, our only brother Joe.
