Dear Family and Friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, Laverne Wright. At 78 years old, Laverne was a bright light in our lives, even as she battled the challenges of dementia. Her passing has left a void that words cannot describe, and we are seeking your support to give her the dignified farewell she so greatly deserves.

Laverne was a kind and compassionate soul, always putting others before herself. Even in her later years, as dementia began to take its toll, her warmth and gentle spirit remained. She was a loving daughter, a thoughtful sister, a devoted mother, a grandmother and great-grandmother, as well as a friend to many. Her laugh was contagious, and her love for life was evident in the way she cherished every moment spent with her family and friends.

The suddenness of Laverne’s passing has left us unprepared for the financial burden that comes with laying her to rest. We are asking for your help to cover the costs of her home-going expenses.
