It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our beloved Leah Kristine Colón-Santos, who passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2024. Leah touched the lives of everyone she met with her warm heart, unwavering kindness, and infectious spirit. She was a cherished mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and confidante to so many, and her absence has left an irreplaceable void in our lives.

For many years, Leah bravely battled end-stage renal failure, heart failure, and other health issues, fighting hard with determination and resilience. Despite the toll these conditions took on her body, Leah continued to live her life with love, grace, and an incredible strength that inspired those around her. Her spirit remained unbroken, even as she faced these daily challenges.

In addition to the deep emotional pain, Leah's family, including her children and husband, are now facing unexpected financial hardship. They are struggling in the wake of this sudden loss and need all the help they can get during this incredibly difficult time. We are asking for your support to honor Leah’s memory. We are raising funds to cover the costs of a Celebration of Life and cremation services, as well as any additional expenses related to her final wishes. Our goal is to give Leah a beautiful and meaningful send-off that reflects the love and joy she brought into this world.

Leah’s life was one full of love, laughter, and a deep commitment to those she cared about. Whether it was through her kind words, her listening ear, or her infectious laughter, she made every moment feel special. She deserves a celebration that showcases the incredible person she was.
