**Help Us Honor Martin Guadalupe: Support His Final Journey Home**

On July 28, 2024, we lost a cherished soul, Martin Guadalupe, who passed away at just 26 years old. Martin’s journey to the United States began when he was only 16, driven by a fierce determination to build a better life for himself and his family. Over the years, he worked tirelessly to support his loved ones and eventually brought his family to join him here.

From a young age, Martin faced severe health issues, and despite receiving exceptional care at NYU Langone Hospital for the past month and a half, his condition worsened. Heart failure and failing organs made his final days incredibly painful, and after a difficult decision, his family chose to disconnect him from life-sustaining machines on July 26th.

Martin’s last wish was to return to Mexico, where he longed to be surrounded by his family and where he will now be laid to rest. We are reaching out to ask for your support in covering the costs associated with his funeral and transporting him back home.
