Help us honor Misty Ledford
Donation protected
My name is Kristy. On Wednesday January 19th 2022, we lost my sister Misty Dawn Ledford.
We are all devastated by Misty’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Misty the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Misty’s funeral. We need to raise about $6,000 by January 29th in order to be able to afford the funeral service. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time.
Misty was a wonderful sister, daughter, wife, mother, and friend. She was probably the most selfless person you’d ever meet. Always willing to help someone in need. She had a good heart and she meant so much to everyone in her life. She leaves behind five beautiful children, her loving husband, our mom and countless cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Misty dedicated her life to her children and to spreading awareness about epilepsy. She wanted people to know that epilepsy isn’t just seizures. She felt it was important for people to remember that behind the diagnosis, there is a person. A person who is doing their best. Some days she struggled, other days she triumphed but every day she did her best. When you wear purple, think of Misty and epilepsy awareness.
