Help Us Honor Tammy Brunner with a Headstone
Donation protected
- Hello, I am Linda Kay, the oldest daughter of Tammy Borgstedt Brunner. Tammy had two kids, Linda and Jerel (Bubbe). She also had 3 adopted kids - grandkids Lexus, Braxton, and Brianna. Our mother passed away to be with the Lord on December 28, 2023. Tammy was a mom to many children as she worked as a bus driver in Cy-Fair ISD, then moved to Magnolia and worked as a bus driver-trainer until she got sick with walking pneumonia. This led to her having a stroke because she worked two jobs to make ends meet. A few years after that, she was diagnosed with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy that kept her in a wheelchair and bedridden for the remainder of her life.
- It was a long road for her and the family. She was young when she first got sick. I was around 17 and now I'm 43. Now, she has left behind her kids and family to try and make ends meet. The adopted children under 18 are losing the home they had and the home my brother and I had a hand in building because she couldn't keep up with taxes. She got on a deferred plan because of SSI. And now, there's $45,000 in back taxes owed and many bills. We are at a time that we all know we may lose our home so we all agreed to try and pay our respects by trying to buy her a headstone.
- If anyone would like to help raise money for this, it would be a blessing in our lives. And if anyone could help with advice or even help with taxes, it would be a blessing. God says to trust him and he will provide and help protect us. God, I am needing your help and all that you can gather to help our family. My momma wouldn't want us to lose her - our home. And Father God, she deserves a headstone, a place for us to gather to remember her. Amen!
