NICU fundraiser to honor Waylon Hussey

Many of you know our story.

Our family suffered an immeasurable tragedy when we lost our son Waylon, after a traumatic home birth almost 4 years ago. He spent his short 3 day life in the NICU at Golisanos Children Hospital in Fort Myers, FL. During that time, we became very aware of the struggles NICU parents face. Right now there are 60 families currently in the NICU. Every year, we try to come up with a way to honor him and heal our souls. It’s the worst time of year for us. Post hurricane life has taken a toll on our area, finances and lives. We would like to honor our son by providing NICU families with a care package of coffee cards, gas cards, healthy snacks and other comfort items.
