In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting contributions for funeral expenses in Peru.

--------------------------------------------------------

There are no words that can explain what we are going through at this moment. This lost is something that we will never be able to overcome. The lost of the loved one is always one of the hardest things, and the lost of mother, aunt, sister, wife is truly unexplainable. We are not only overwhelmed with emotions but we are now facing challenging decisions and more expenses.

It pains us to say that Rosario passed away at the young age of 54yr. She is leaving behind children a husband brothers parents and many loved ones.

What initially began as a trip to care for her sick mother turned into a tragedy for her and her family.

We need to get Rosario back home to Peru, we need to arrange with a funeral home to fly her home, and contact a funeral home in Peru that would transport her to a cemetery to bury her remains. This country is not her home, her children, her husband, her siblings, other family and friends are in Lima- Peru and she didn’t get a chance to say goodbye to any of them.

This unexpected loss has left us all with many questions, confusions and mainly pain. We beg of you to please help us take her body home. We need to do it now, time is passing and we are really asking for your help! To all our fellow immigrants who are away from home, you understand the pain from being away from home, and the fear from not making it back for your last moments, she did not get a chance to say goodbye, let’s give her body the chance to reunite with her loved ones, and for her loved ones to have a chance to say their goodbyes.

Beloved friends and family is with a broken heart that I share the news of the passing of Jesus Rosario. She fought with all she had but it was in Gods plans to take her to heaven. Please help us take her home to Peru to her family. Any donation, sharing and prayer is tremendously appreciated.

————————————————-——————————-

Beloved friends, family and community. I am reaching out to all of you in this time of need with an urgent call for help. On July 13th, my mother, aunt, grandmother, other people and myself were involved in a car accident. As a result, my grandmother Ofelia Susaya and her eldest daughter Rosario Naupari Susaya sustained the most injuries.

In this accident Rosario Naupari resulted with fractured ribs and suffered a pleural effusion in her left lung. On August 1st, 2018 she was admitted to the ER, her left lung about to collapse, the next day August 2nd, 2018 she underwent surgery where the doctors removed about 3 liters of fluid and blood. She had a chest tube for the following days and stayed in the hospital, later on she had complications and was readmitted for pneumonia resulting in more days in the hospital.
It has been almost 3 months since the surgery and there is no day that the pain stops. There was been nerve damaged and she is in constant pain. She has lost her appetite, cannot eat without feeling nauseous, she has constant pain in her back, her abdomen and left arm. Last week, the doctor recommended physical therapy twice a week for 9 weeks. The physical and mental pain throughout this situation is inexplicable.

Rosario is right now in a stable condition, we expect she is going to make a full recovery, but the journey is still long. She is depressed, her condition progresses slowly,  she was supposed to return to her country Peru  on August 20th, to be with her younger sons but she is not allowed to travel now because of the injury suffered in her lung.  A lung holding about 3 litters of fluid and blood is a serious condition and difficulties and the expenses faced by the family multiply infinitely when it happens thousands of miles away from home.
Rosario is a Mother, a wife, a daughter that came to this country to support her mother in her time of need and now she needs our help.

We are asking today for your help in supporting Rosario, and our family  through this  enormously hard time.
We need help paying for her expenses while in this country, medical out-of-pocket expenses, transportation, medication, rehab.

And finally,  we need help filling in the gaps that the loss of several months income will mean for her family. I know it is a big ask and I hope you can find it in your heart to help us with whatever you can, every dollars count. Please share this GoFundMe and help us reach more people that can help.

Thank you for reading, thank you for sharing, and please keep us in your prayers.
