Help us in the search to find missing Glen Godfrey

Glen Godfrey has been missing since December 4th 2024 when he was last captured on cctv. On this day a homeless male and female have given a strange and unsettling account that apparently took place on Staines Moor. The male and female say Glen removed his boots and clothing before running through a wooded area, the female says she heard a loud bang and since that moment, Glen has vanished without a trace.

For months, our family, friends, community and even strangers from across the country have tirelessly searched land and water, hoping to bring Glen home. We have been searching for months and still no closer to finding Glen. Last week a water confident mother came off into the water, she went into shock and had to be rescued by another mother. This moment has replayed over and over in my head and I have realised the search is becoming increasingly dangerous. We are deeply grateful for the efforts of everyone involved, but we cannot risk another life being lost in the search for Glen.

This is why we need your help, we have no professionals leading, we have adapted wood and metal to attach under water cameras to aid water searches,we have searched on foot, bikes, we have dug, we have moved trees and used drones, everyone has tried their best to locate Glen but still haven’t managed to.

We desperately need professional support, proper equipment, and resources to continue our efforts safely, without expert guidance, we are still no closer to finding him.

Glen is just 38 years young, at times he struggled with his mental health and was vulnerable due to this. Glen is a kind and a loyal man with a heart of pure gold, his infectious smile and laughter could brighten anyone’s darkest day. He could build anything, make anything from a piece of wood, Glen could see the beauty in everything, he is missed and loved beyond words, and we refuse to give up on finding him.
