Help us Keep Time for a long time

My wife and I have been running our business for 10 years Started as 303 Barber & Beauty downtown on the third floor of an assisted living facility In 2014 we opened West Central Hair Co. In 2017 we expanded and added West Central Barbers. WCB started as a 2 man shop. We brought on a 3rd barber in 2019. The shop was small and at that point we ran out of room to grow and expand. Priorities changed during and after the pandemic and I knew I needed to make moves. I always dreamed of having a residential neighborhood barbershop on a street corner. When I would picture it in my head, it has always been a long brick building with a cool sign painted on storefront windows. A shop that felt community, where every one was welcome. A space where I could share all the good opportunities I had with others. In 2022, a friend approached us with a commercial building for lease. It checked all the boxes and was in our leasing price range. We decided to go for it! I went ALL IN. I put everything I had into Keep Time Barbershop. Spared no expense. Our entire savings + 2 separate loans. I was there morning, noon and night for 2 months straight working on getting every detail just right! I wanted to make this space unlike any other. I wanted it to feel open and fun -like you could come get a haircut or just stop in and have a beer! So much hard work and support from the community went into it -and it was all worth it!! I couldn’t believe everyone reaching out to me asking how they could support our efforts. With all of that help We were able to make this dream come true! It melts my heart when I think of how much thought ,effort, and straight up love went into this project ! And BOOM ! Keep Time Barbershop opened August, 2022! That brings us to now- Recently, the current owner approached us about buying the building, as they are now ready to sell. We are THRILLED for the opportunity to cement ourselves in the Fort Wayne Small business community for the next 30 years !! This is the be all / end all. This is it! We want nothing more than to be able to continue serving this city in our current location! So we are asking for all that loving support ,and kindness once again to help us in our efforts ! We are having a fundraiser to make sure that we as current occupants get this building!
