Help Us Lay Faye to Rest with Jumbo
Donation protected
Faye and Jumbo have always been names to remember in Dayton and Bellevue. They were both loved by many and would give you the shirt off their backs.
On my birthday this year, my mom (Faye) decided the day she gave me life was the perfect day to reunite with Dad (Jumbo) in Heaven. If you know her, you know she never met a stranger. She was the bartender extraordinaire of Dayton, and I think she worked in almost every bar in town at one time. She was a cook and server at Dayton Chili for most of my life. She loved to cook, socialize with anyone, and take care of others! She had the warmest nature, with a feisty spirit. She'd serve you a drink, then be the one to throw you out of the bar! Whenever she was behind the bar, you never needed a bouncer because she had a way with people and they knew when it was time to go (lol).
Mom has had a rough few years and her life insurance was discontinued. As a family, we are doing our best to lay her to rest and honor her life. We could really use help with purchasing a headstone. She wanted a double stone with "Faye and Jumbo" engraved on it. If anyone would like to help us honor her wishes, please make a donation. No donation is too small, and if you can't help with a donation, a share would be just as good. Knowing how loved, respected, and cherished she was has made all the difference in this time of sorrow. As a family, we thank you for all the love and support you have shown through this difficult time. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please share.
