Honoring Our Beloved Mother Graciela (Chela) Final Journey Home
Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls, We are devastated to share the heartbreaking news of the untimely passing of our beautiful mother. On November 5th, our mother was tragically taken from us in a devastating accident. This accident was caused by a drunk driver. As we come to terms with this unimaginable loss, we are determined to honor the memory of our mother by giving her the farewell she deserves.
Our mother often spoke about going back to her hometown, to finally see our older brother, who she had not seen in over 10 years. He is also devastated that he will never again be able to see our mother alive. Unfortunately these circumstances are what we have been left with. Our brother wishes to say his last goodbye. We have decided to send her body to her hometown in Mexico, where we believe she would want to be laid to rest.
However,the financial burden of transporting our mother to her hometown is overwhelming for our grieving family. We are reaching out to you, our community, in the hopes of raising funds to ensure that our mother can be laid to rest in the place she called home.
Your generous contributions will go directly towards covering the costs associated with our mothers preparation, transportation, funeral expenses, and necessary paperwork. Queridos amigos, familiares y almas compasivas, Nos encontramos devastados al compartir la triste noticia del fallecimiento de nuestra hermosa madre. El 5 de noviembre, nuestra madre fue trágicamente arrebatada de nosotros en un accidente devastador. A medida que asimilamos esta pérdida inimaginable, estamos decididos a honrar la memoria de nuestra madre dándole el adiós que se merece.
Nuestra madre hablaba siempre de regresar a Mexico, para poser ver a nuestro hermano mayor, a quien no a visto en más de 10 años. Él también está devastado de que nunca más podrá ver a nuestra madre con vida. Desafortunadamente, estas son las circunstancias con las que nos hemos quedado. Nuestro hermano desea despedirse por última vez. Hemos decidido enviar su cuerpo a su ciudad natal en México, donde creemos que ella querría descansar en paz.
