Help Us Lay Rhemidee Barnes to Rest

Hi, I am Michael A. Weathers, the father of Rhemidee I. Barnes, a 20-year-old mother of one son who was fatally shot and killed by her son's father in Woodbridge, VA on Delaney Rd on 11/27/2024 around 8:50 pm. Rhemidee worked at the Harris Teeter grocery store on Hoadly Rd. My grandson's father watched him while she worked, and she would pick up her son just as any other day Rhemidee worked. At some point, the father of my grandson shot and killed my daughter. I'm in disbelief that my child is no longer alive. Michelle L. Barnes and I now have to raise our grandchild and bury our daughter. We were not prepared for this tragedy to occur. I humble myself on behalf of my daughter, Rhemidee I. Barnes, to ask that you donate what you can to assist my family and me in burying our loved one.
