Help us lay Sarah De La Riva to rest

It is with out deepest regrets that we inform you of the loss of our dear, beloved sister, Sarah De La Riva, mother of two, early Saturday morning. As we've learned before, these things are never something anyone is ever ready for, and we weren't, which is why we are reaching out as a family to ask for any donation, help or support you may be able to offer or spare, so -that we can all give Sarah Lee the proper respects and services she deserves.

Anyone who knew Sarah, would have known what a loving and caring mother she was to her two children, Cynthia Renae, 15, and Alexander William Vincent, 8. Although she had a difficult life, she was always the first one to share a smile, to crack a joke, to have a few laughs. She was a protector, a survivor, a friend, and a beautiful, vibrant, caring person and was there for her loved ones no matter what she was going through herself. Throughout all the tough times, she was always a pillar of foundation to our family. She always made sure we got together for holidays and that we took time to spend together. She really was a "tough cookie" as she liked to describe herself. She was there for everyone who needed a helping hand and now it is time for us to be there for her.

We are raising this money to have her cremated as was her wish. We are hoping to raise enough so that we may place her ashes in a plot at Fairhaven Cemetery, so that her children, family and friends always have somewhere to go to sit with her and remember her fondly. It's always hard to ask for help, especially in times like these, but we humbly ask as a family, for any kind of support you may be able to offer, even if it is just a click and a share, we are very grateful.
