Help Us Lay Scooter Webb to Rest

I am writing this on behalf of my nephew and our family. He lost his father, my brother, to a senseless murder on Wednesday evening. Harlon Dwayne Webb was known to family and friends as Scooter. He had a huge heart and would give the shirt off his back, even if it were his last shirt. Unfortunately, we are left in the difficult position of funding his burial. To honor his wishes, we are planning a very small service and interment next to our parents.
