The Red Dirt Roots Documentary

My name is Charlton McCormick: Writer, videographer, and avid fan of Red Dirt and Roots Music. I have partnered with the author of Red Dirt Roots Music Josh Crutchmer and we are making preparations to produce the definitive Red Dirt documentary utilizing my extensive background in video editing and production. We feel that this is a film that has to be made and seen, revolving around a music scene unlike any other. The evolution of the genre from Bob Childers to the Great Divide to Wyatt Flores is a profound and compelling one, and we want to produce it in a way that's never yet been imagined. Donations will be used for production related expenses in an effort to produce the best product, in the most expedited time frame possible.
