Help me get out of Gaza and receive treatment

I am Yamen Agel, 11 years old. Since birth, I have suffered from an increase in fluid in the brain, which resulted in movement disability as a result of damage to the spinal cord (difficulty in walking and involuntary urination). I am now homeless and without treatment.  A displaced person in the city of Rafah after my house was bombed in northern Gaza.
I need to have one or two surgeries to help me survive better, but they cannot be performed in the Gaza Strip based on my medical reports.  My health condition has deteriorated since displacement... Please help.
