Hi, my name is Thais. I am one of the founders of LGBTQ+ Nightlife Events. We've been hosting Queer events in Boston for about five years; these events are in borrowed spaces, and it's time for us to change that.
Our community is in desperate need of a new LGBTQ+ venue in Boston. As lifelong Boston residents, we've seen our city grow & we want our community to be a part of that growth too.
Our mission is to open a new Queer Bar in Boston for women, non-binary and Trans LGBTQ+ community members who feel like we have no place. Our core audience is Queer, Sapphic women, trans and non-binary members of the Boston LGBTQ+ Community. In a city with multiple gay bars/clubs, I've often found myself waiting for the monthly pop up parties like the ones we host for a chance to meet other Queer and Sapphic members of our community.
