We are 7GEN Wellness. A studio space based out of Pendleton, Oregon where you can safely step into your wellness journey.

Here, we strive to build stronger foundations to help foster deeper connections to ourselves and to our community. We understand that wellness is not a one size fits all, and that it needs to be inclusive and empowering for everyBODY.

Each and every diverse student of 7GEN will be able to explore their personal movement practice and self exploration within a comfortable, non-judgmental environment.
