Help us update Milroy Park!

SECOND UPDATE:
We've surpassed our 2nd goal!  We are now setting up a capital campaign to make larger park improvements:

1) resurface the tennis court
2) shade over old playground equipment
3) NEW big kid playground with new features

Any funds raised over $2k will be moved into the capital campaign.  We love you Heights!



*UPDATE - we've raised the original $1300 goal with one VERY kind donor.  I am speechless.  I've updated the goal so we can raise money for paint inside and outside now plus for one new outside light in the front to match the back new ones.*

Hi Houston Heights People!

 

Come help us raise the funds needed to paint our Milroy Park Community Center! The paint will cost right at $1200 (plus tax) and then that leaves $300 for supplies. She hasn't been painted since the 90's and could use some love. If we raise more, then we will reserve that for inside paint.

 

Let's make her look amazing again and thus useable for summer programs and rentals!

 

Painting will take place on Saturday, February 5th.
