Help Us Provide a Loving Farewell for Brandon

Donation protected

On Sunday, September 15, 2024, the unimaginable, tragic accident happened to one of my chosen family members. Brandon Lee Wallace, 43, a loving son, father, brother, nephew, uncle, 101st Airborne Army veteran, Rakkasan, heart of gold, stubborn, Kansas City Chief fan, Diehard Oklahoma Sooner fan, All Arizona sports teams fan, and loyal friend, was struck by a motor vehicle. He sustained life-threatening injuries: two brain bleeds, several broken bones, bilateral collapsed lungs, and a splenectomy. If he had not already endured enough, after 7 days in the ICU, Brandon suffered a critical stroke which caused swelling to his brain. Brandon was courageous enough to let his family know of his strong desire to not have aggressive medical interventions on his behalf if this type of situation were to occur. The family has decided to continue to honor Brandon and for him to give the gift of life to someone else through organ donation. So it is with a heavy heart I write this plea.
With the unforeseen devastating loss this is to not only his family but to his community, his people. We as a family and community are humbly asking for monetary donations to help with this unexpected tragedy, to assist with a proper burial. Brandons wishes are to be with his father Randy in Oklahoma, who preceded him in death. Prayers of comfort and strength for Brandon’s family and his community during this trying time are greatly appreciated. We know that our elder brother Jesus Christ is walking this journey with not only us but with Brandon, and we are trusting in God to bestow his blessings upon this family. Thank you all for your considerations and prayers.
