Help Us Provide Free Tutoring for Kids

Hi, this is Melissa and Harmen from Cub Support.

When classes transitioned to a remote setting during the COVID-19 pandemic, school systems and teachers had to quickly adapt to a new platform, creating a gap and resulting in children struggling with academics. Cub Support is making a difference by filling this gap. Since 2020, we’ve provided free tutoring to K-12 students, and now we need your help to expand our efforts. Our volunteer tutors have provided over 12,000 hours of service to support students in their academic endeavors. In addition to our volunteer tutors, our organization is entirely run by volunteers who contribute administrative services, such as pairing students with tutors that best suit their needs and coordinating programs with underserved school districts.

Our help is completely free, and we want to continue providing free support to as many students as possible! Every dollar raised contributes to our efforts to expand and maintain our current systems, such as our website and communication platforms. By transitioning to a 501(c) nonprofit, we can continue to grow Cub Support and reach more students in need.

This may sound cheesy, but education is truly the future. Children are our future. Every child deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, and we can do that with Cub Support.
