Help Us Purchase Our Community Center!

SELAM Foundation have been working from a rental location in Alexandria Virginia for several years. Our work is not limited to Ethiopians in North America but mostly focused helping citizens in Ethiopia. We are fundraising to purchase our community center in Norther Virginia. See Image below.

Some of the recent works we organized are:

✅ Raised money for Covid-19 relief to our brothers and sisters in Ethiopia in collaboration with Badr Ethiopia,

✅ Engaged in building bridge between communities and religions through online teaching and seminars,

✅ Vigorously defended the right of Ethiopia to develop its Nile water resource, including Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.

✅Organized a GoFund me fund raising to help build Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD). We are able to raise more than 1 Million American Dollar with other sister organizations and Ustaz Jemal Bashir.

We are now raising money to build our center in Northern Virginia.

NOW we need your help to get us out of a rental property and establish our community center in Washington DC area. This will enable us to save cost for renting and expand our charity and advocacy for Ethiopia.
