Troy Strope (Raising A Reward To Find Her Killer)

Let me take a few minutes and tell you about Troy Strope.

Troy was a daughter both of her parents are now deceased. She was a beautiful 42 year old woman. Mother to 3 amazing and beautiful Children. She would have been one fabulous Grandmother. See as I write this her 1st grandchild is on its way into the world today. She was a Sister, Aunt, Niece, and friend to many.

Now let be tell you a horrible story about why we are here. On Feb 20th 2024 there was a plastic tote with a woman's body found enclosed on a county road. No one knows how long the tote was there before it was opened. There is reason to believe the body inside was that of my Niece Troy. This is where the pit forms somewhere deep in your soul a place you did not know was there. The DNA is taken and the wait begins. You pray and pray that it is not her. You move though each day a little at a time praying she will walk in the door. She would laugh at all of us for thinking such dumb thoughts. But, you know. Then the DNA comes back and confirms your worst nightmare.

This isn't big city murder, it's small town Forrest City, AR. This stuff is not supposed to happen their. My sister moved her family there from Chicago to give her children a safe place to live.

Then the rumors start, I did say this was small town. Some much more gruesome then others. Your mind start thinking about these things and you can't close your eyes at night. You don't want to play that movie in your head. Please don't think this can't happen in your family because it can, God willing it never does.

But, as much as it is small town no one seems to know anything. The Sheriff's Office just keeps telling you they can't share anything they will not even tell you how she died. You have no way to separate the facts from the rumors. Your mind keep going you have a thousand questions with no answers.

I don't have the money to put up for a reward. But, I beg of you, please help us to find the truth. Please help us to find who did this cruel act. No one deserves to die this way. No one should be able to commit such a degrading act of violence and get away with it.

Please, help us raise enough money to get someone to start taking.
