Dear Oakville Community & Friends Far and Wide,
We're the Jacksons – Don, Deb, Tanner, Emma, and Courtney – the family behind the twinkling JacksonFamilyLights at our home on 113 McCraney St. West, Oakville. This season, we're coming together again, not just to light up the night sky but to kindle a flame of hope and support in our community. We're raising money to help those in need, and every bit you can offer will help us make an even bigger impact.
Our mission is simple yet close to our hearts. We're supporting Oakville Community Living and the Lighthouse Centre for Grieving Children, organizations that are like the heartbeat of Oakville, offering hope and help where it's needed most. This year, we're also focusing on fighting hunger by collecting non-perishable food items for KSM Food Bank, because we believe no one should face hunger, especially during the holidays.
Think of your donation as a unique light in our grand display. Whether it's spare change or a meaningful tribute, your gift is part of a beautiful tapestry of community support. If donating isn't possible right now, your presence, your voice, and your story shared under the hashtag #JFL2023 are just as precious. Bring your friends and family to witness the lights, and let's spread the word together.
There's something special happening this Christmas Eve. Santa himself will be visiting from 6:30 to 8 PM! It's the perfect opportunity for photos in Santa's sleigh, complete with complimentary hot chocolate and candy canes from his elves. So bring your loved ones, and let's create unforgettable memories.
Stay tuned to our GoFundMe page for regular updates. We'll be sharing photos of our display and heartwarming stories from those benefiting from your generosity. Watch our progress as we strive to bring more light and love to those around us.
Your support is the pulse of this campaign. Every donation, every share, and every visit adds to our community's story of unity, strength, and warmth. Let's make this holiday season glow with the spirit of giving and community love.
With heartfelt thanks and festive cheer,
~The Jackson Family
