CREATOR OF GOFUNDME/TESTIMONY Loving Care Ministries Uganda (LCMU) is a faith-based orphanage founded in 2020 by Yeko Kiwana.

I first met Yeko Kiwana while serving as a missionary for my church. Now, years later, we stay in touch almost daily through Instagram and other platforms. I am continually inspired by the strength of his faith, even amidst the challenging circumstances he faces. Each message from him, sharing his testimony of God, deeply touches my heart. Despite the hardships he and those around him endure, they continue to move forward with unwavering faith.

Recognizing that they need more than prayers, I felt compelled to help in any way I could. This led me to create a GoFundMe campaign to support Brother Kiwana, his orphanage team, and most importantly, the children they care for. I trust him wholeheartedly and believe in his good intentions. I am going to stay anonymous, as I am currently a missionary for my church, and therefore a representative. I, in no way, represent the feelings of any Church organizations; these are my words alone and my desire is to help. I was approached by Yeko Kiwana on Instagram and have been in daily conversation with him on that outlet for a while now. No matter how bad their situation over there gets, their faith is so strong! It touches my heart every time I message him and receive his testimony of God. Throughout all the hardships and struggles they've been through, they have been able to push through and go forward in faith. It is apparent that they need so much more than prayers, and with not having much to give, but a desire to help them out in whatever way I can, I made this GoFundMe to help support Brother Kiwana, his fellow orphanage leaders, and most importantly, the children. I trust him and I trust that his intentions are good. It will warm your heart to see how much they appreciate your help. The LCMU orphanage STAFF Yeko Kiwana, I am 26years old. Am the founder of this orphanage. Kagere Siraje who is the vice c/p of LCMU. He is 21 years. I talked to him and he picked up the idea and he one of the founder members. Ngobi khalifan who is our secretary at the orphanage. He is 19 years old. He is one of the founder members. Ssebowa Moses Sadat who is our treasurer He is 19 years old. He joined us after seeing the impact and need to help the needy. George who is our publicity. He is 18 years old. He joined with the desire to serve among the helpless children. Marvin who is the Secretary. He is 18 years old. He joined to work among the children and help in transforming their lives. We have other people working here like two matrons who stay and take care of the children. HISTORY LCMU orphanage centre was started on the 1/8/2019. LOVING CARE MINISTRIES UGANDA (LCMU). It's now 1 year and 3months old (When this was written) It was started with a mission to improve the lives of orphans, Street kids and children from very poor families. Through providing a home to the homeless, Provide education to the less privileged feeding those without food and bring them all closer to God. It's other mission is to care for the elderly helpless people mostly the widows and people with disabilities. But due to the limited funds we are mostly concentrated on caring the helpless children. The organization was founded by Kiwana Yeko who is the director and later shared it to the rest of the people. He was joined by Kagere, Ngobi, Marvin, Ssebowa and George and the organization began with these as the founder members. FOUNDER/BUDGETING Brother Kiwana's message explaining exactly who you will be helping as well as what exactly they will use the money for: My Name's is Kiwana Yeko. I am Aged 23 years, and am Ugandan By National, Iganga District. We Have 115 Kids at the Orphanage. 74 Are Orphans and 29 Were Abandoned by their biological Parents and 12 are those that their parents were living completely poor lives hence mistreating the young kids. We have been running this Orphanage for 3 years and 3 months now (When this was written) We want to raise 56,000$ Whereby we hope to use it on Food, education, orphanage maintenance, medical services, clothes, and transportation to school for all the kids. BENEFICIARY/HOW MONEY WILL GET TO THEM Due to Brother Kiwana being in Uganda and not being able to receive withdrawals over there, the money will be withdrawn by someone who Kiwana Yeko trusts as a beneficiary. The money will then be sent to Brother Kiwana's Orphanage through secure, safe, and better means. Proof that the money is being sent, from the beneficiary, to the LCMU Orphanage Centre will be provided when the first withdrawals come out. Due to the more needs of the the kid's mainly feeding, education (school fees) we have extended our goal to 56,000$ after as the page is the main way through which we are getting the support for the orphanage.
