Do Good Cville Charity Challenge - Year 2
Last year Do Good Cville awarded $5000 to local charities, and the Charlottesville Buffalo Bills Backers raised $1,200 of that total. This year we are looking to do even more.
Here's the scoop.
- 24 players (representing 24 different charities) compete in a Fantasy Football League. Buy-in $100 each for a total pool of $2,400
- Top 3 teams' charities will win a share of the pot
- Matching pot donations: Various donors/organizations are matching the league buy-in
With 12 players last year, the CBBB matched the league buy-in of $1,200. We have agreed again to meet the $1,200 but our over-the top challenge for this year is to raise a full $2,400 buy-in donation.
- Every week's fund-raising events will go to meet this amazing goal
- We certainly encourage straight donations to the cause as well
- This is by far, the most ambitious charity goal we have ever aimed for
