Help Us Rebuild Crucial Housing
Tax deductible
The biggest project of Bird Ally X is Humboldt WIldlife Care Center, which BAX took on in 2011. The first need we took care of then was critical patient housing. Now, years later, we need to make important and costly repairs to our largest flight aviary ($5000), our songbird aviary ($2000), our Pelican, Gull and Cormorant Aviary, ($3000) and most importantly, we need to build bigger housing to accommodate the orphaned Black-tailed Deer fawns we treat each year. ($5000)
We also need to rebuild our Duckling pond ($2000) for the dozens of orphaned Mallards we treat each year, as well as rebuild two critical seabird pools ($3000)
We alos need to replace the roof of our primary building, which houses are intensive care facility as well as all of our administrative offices and storage. ($10,000)
Your support will make all of this possible!
The Bird Ally X mission: Raise the standard of care available for sick or injured aquatic birds and other wild animals through the direct action of caring for wildlife in distress; by supporting other rehabilitation groups through education, including trainings and consultation; and by raising public awareness about the human-caused perils wild animals face.
