Help us bring our Club QTH into the Digital world
Donation protected
Hello everyone
The Humber Fortress Amateur Radio Club was founded some 13 years ago and was based on the Humber Fortress at fort Paull East Yorkshire.
The Club was formed for like minded ham radio enthusiasts to enjoy the hobby within a community of people that forged good friendships.
New hams were trained within the Club, by fellow members, and saw many gain their operator's license.
The Club played a big role in the local community, visting schools and other learning facilities and in helping people understand the science and value of Ham Radio.
We are currently trying to update our analogue stations into a more up to date Digital setup.
We have already began the task by purchasing a new radio, new monitors and HamClock.
To achieve the rest without buying new very expensive radios, we are adding monitors, sdr play and HamClock to each of our current 3 station Setup which will assist us when contesting and events, as well as hopefully attracting new members into the club.
Please help us to achieve this by donating as much / little as you can, which will breathe a new lease of life into what is currently an older setup.
May I take this opportunity to thank you all for reading our GoFundMe page, and for any potential donations you make.
