Help us regenerate Shiremoor Club!

Hi, Inspire Next Generation is a local dance, music and performing arts school and entertainment and events community interest company. We have recently taken over the lease for the Shiremoor Club. It's a former social club in amongst a thriving community and we thought it was such a shame to see it empty when it could be a hive of activity for local residents and children!

We will be running children's dance, music and drama classes from the hub, as well as producing a range of events and extravaganzas to entertain local residents and people from outside the area too.

We really want to provide jobs and opportunities for local people and to see the club as an integral part of the Shiremoor community. It will be a rehearsal space for young performers and local artists and will provide workshops and training opportunities for all ages and abilities.

To do this we need to raise funds to transform this fantastic building to make it fit for purpose, and a place where people feel inspired and bursting with excitement and creativity.

The funds raised will be used to renovate the building, create a dance studio, a theatre space and in addition to this we will create music rehearsal rooms and recording studios which will be used by budding local musicians as well as established performers.
