Help us Remove Romana Didulo from Richmound.

The Residents of Richmound are desperate for help in removing Romana and the Kingdom of Canada from our town. We are fundraising to help the tiny village of Richmound, Saskatchewan protect its citizens from Romana Didulo's fraudulent cult operation and prevent her from further destroying lives anywhere else.

Richmound, population about 120, does not have the people or budget to deal with a cult. Since she arrived Sept. 14, 2023, Romana has already cost the village almost $20,000 in legal fees alone.

All donations to this fund will be sent directly to the Village Office to cover all Romana-related expenses.

ie: bylaw changes, by-law enforcement, legal fees, future legal consultation, inspections and any necessary measures to expedite Romana’s removal and manage this unprecedented situation.

*Mental health in the community is deteriorating as stress builds over more followers potentially trying to relocate here.

*The only community playground beside the school is off-limits as cult security people constantly video anyone near the fenced perimeter. Children and families are being deprived of their right to normal access of this space and the dog park adjacent to the former school.

*Many people are concerned that property values will decline and newcomers will be deterred from settling here due to the cult's presence.

Who is Romana? Romana Didulo is a dangerous alt-right, anti-government, Q-anon/conspiracy theorist who declared herself the Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, Commander-in-Chief, Head of Government, Head of State, President, and National Indigenous Chief. Romana's followers believe in her 'royal decrees' that claim to eliminate taxes, utility and mortgage payments, and provide all kinds of ridiculous, imaginary free things, including food, irrigation for farmers, housing and 12-lane highways, and 'medbeds' to cure all ills/amputations. She claims she closed all schools in Canada last year and provides $5000 /month for homeschooling for each child; a driver's licence, registration and insurance is no longer required in Canada....blah, blah, BALONEY!

Romana burned the Canadian flag at the truck convoy in Ottawa in 2022, and has been traveling across Canada in RV's, visiting her followers and hosting a few 'meet and greets', encouraging violence against non-supporters, and threatening to kill all medical personnel who have vaccinated children against Covid. Romana maintains her living by soliciting donations from followers who e-transfer money to various email accounts of her supporters. Romana is causing real harm to followers who believe her decrees and then lose their vehicles, homes and family members. She should be charged with criminal offences like fraud, tax evasion, sedition, harassment and mischief.

She landed in Richmound at the invitation of supporter, Rick Manz, current owner of the school that closed in 2008. In October, she fundraised to pay Ricky's taxes (something she tells her followers NOT to do) to save him from losing the title to his property that was in arrears. This large property is the perfect 'command center' for Romana and her multiple RV's. As an invited guest on private property, Romana is quite protected from police and government intervention.

A local follower recently added 12 Didulo cult members to a property title in the village of Richmound. Romana and her followers have made it clear that they want to be able to participate in the upcoming November election in order to oust the 'corrupt and defunct' local village council. What will they do next?

The full story is too long to tell here. The people of Richmound and area have suffered much anxiety and division in the community over her presence. She needs to be removed and prevented from relocating anywhere to continue her scam and grift, victimizing vulnerable and elderly people.
