Help us replace the roof on our new house!

Hi! We are the Christensens and though we hate to do this, we are trying to get some help fixing our roof! Last year, we fulfilled a long-term dream to finally buy our first home. We found a "remodeled" older home that was perfect for us. We knew there would be some expenses at first to bring things like electric and plumbing up to code and we spent the remainder of our savings doing this thinking the newly remodeled home would be in good shape for a while. We were told by the sellers that the roof was NEW. We have since learned, that it was in fact new, but was put on by the owner of the home and his idiot "handyman", so there is no warranty. Multiple roofing companies have informed us it was installed improperly and needs replaced. The roof currently leaks in 4 separate locations and every time it rains, we find new water damage inside. Since this is not damage to the roof from nature, our home insurance will cover nothing. We have been able to come up with some of the cost of a new roof and our church is graciously helping us through donations. We still need a little more to be able to get this roof done by professionals with a 25 year warranty. We will take all the help we can get!
