Help Us Save a Disabled Eritrean Veteran's Life

Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Amenai Werede, and I am organizing this fundraiser for our dear sister and Eritrean Hero, Mehartey Asfaha Tesfamariam. Mehartey is an extraordinary woman who sacrificed her life for Eritrea's freedom and independence. Unfortunately, our sister Mehartey was wounded and disabled during her time in combat. Although Mehartey is a resilient survivor, she has suffered for many years, and her health is rapidly declining. As a last hope, Mehartey has moved to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to seek medical attention. The cost of rent, daily living and extensive medical treatment are very high and challenging for Meharety to deal with on her own. Meharety desperately needs urgent financial assistance to pay for her hospital treatment during her time in Ethiopia. I am reaching out to friends, family and community members to support our sister and wounded veteran, Mehartey, during her treatment and recovery. I humbly ask for your kindness and generosity to help with Mehartey's treatment cost and to save her life.

   ከመይ ትኾኑ፡ ኣብ መዓልታዊ መነባብሮኹምን ጥዕናኹምነ ጽቡቅ ክትህልዉ ምንዮትና ዎሰን የብሉን።

እንሆ ሓውትና ስንክልቲ ሓርበኛ መሓሪተይ ኣስፍሓ ተስፋማርያም ንሕክምና ናብ ኣዲስ ኣበባ (ኢትዮጵያ) ኣብ’ዚ ቁሩብ መዓልትታት ኣትያ ኣላ። ሕክምና ምስወደኣት ናብ ስድርኣ ንኤርትራ ከምትምለስ’ውን ሓቢራ ኣላ።

   በቲ መዓልታዊ መነባብሮ ኣብ ወጻኢ ሃገርን፥ ክትከፍሎ ዘሎዋ ናይ ሕክምና ገንዘብን ኣሸጊርዋ ስለዘሎ፥ ኣብ ወጻኢ እትነብሩ ክቡራት የሕዋተይ ከከም ዝከኣለኩም ዓቕምኹም ዘፍቅዶ ናይ ገንዘብ ሓገዝ በጃኻትኩም ርድኡኒ ትብል ኣላ።

   ናይ መሓርተይ ህይወት ንምድሓን ተፈሊሙ ዘሎ ቕዱስ ተግባር ኢዩ’ሞ በብዓቕምና ንሓፍትና ምድጋፍ ንላቦ።
