Help us save Charlie Gard!

Charlie Gard is fighting for his life today in a London hospital. Charlie is 11 months old and has a rare disease that requires a ventilator and other life-saving equipment.
His parents, Chris and Connie, have raised over $1.6 million to help with experimental medical treatments in America to improve his condition. A world-renowned hospital in Rome has also offered him free medical care.
Tragically, the courts, hospital officials, and government bureaucrats have forbidden Charlie's parents from seeking this cutting-edge experimental treatment allowing Charlie to have a chance at a better life.
Our public institutions should never usurp the rights of parents, but should do everything in their power to esnure that parents are at the center of making the critical decisions that impact the health and future of their children.
Sadly, this is not happening!
And so Charlie's family has invited me; Bobby Schindler, President of Terri Schiavo's Life and Hope Network; and attorney Catherine Glenn Foster, President & CEO of Americans United for Life, to travel to London and lead a campaign to save Charlie's life.
I am asking all my Facebook friends to help raise $5,000 to help cover some of the costs for our team, include costs like: travel to London, housing while there, news releases, funding for the social media campaign, and legal costs.
We leave for London today, July 6, and it truly is a faith journey for us, as we do not currently have the funding for this trip. (Thank God for credit cards.) But we do know that Charlie and his family have a better chance by this team coming alongside them! We would appreciate so much your prayerful and financial support. Blessings!
