Help us save My Inner Baby! (Legal fund)

Updated 8/2/24:Today, August 2, 2024, we had our court hearing regarding the city's lawsuit against us. Both attorneys are now required to submit their final briefs by Wednesday, August 7, in the afternoon. Consequently, the earliest the judge could issue a ruling would be on August 8, 2024.

We want to assure you that our retail store will remain open for business through August 7, 2024. However, given the potential for a court ruling that could impact our operations, we strongly encourage you to check our website at https://myinnerbaby.com/pages/store-map-directions for the latest updates on our status for any visits on or after August 8, 2024.

Updated 7/20/24: Two weeks after we reopened our new retail store on June 3, 2024, the city filed a lawsuit against us, asking a judge to issue an injunction to cease all operations, unfairly labeling our location as "sex shop location 2."

My Inner Baby opened their doors on November 3rd, 2020. The owners, Ryan Polokoff and Sabine Kissee, envisioned a unique shopping experience for adult incontinence supplies and accessories. They wanted to provide a safe space with a judgment-free zone for their customers that is welcoming to the Ageplay and ABDL community.

In April, the city of Noblesville sent a letter of determination that they were a "sex shop" and ordered them to close. They subsequently lost their appeal with the Noblesville Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) on 8/1/2022 and are continuing to fight a legal battle to preserve their store!

As this battle is ongoing, we are looking to raise funds to help cover their legal costs. We've created this goFundme as our friends and community have expressed their desire to donate and help. We ask that you please consider helping by supporting their business, shopping on their website, and sharing their story.

All funds raised will go entirely for legal costs to help My Inner Baby defend their store in court. (Note: As of 8/2/2024, MIB has spent over $50k defending our store)
