Help us save Patches

Patches has been a part of our family for the last 4 years, when we adopted him he was already a senior dog and blind in one eye with a detached retina. Over the past year the other eye has been going as well. Yesterday he had a terrible fall, where he fractured his femur head. We have already spent 1000 on just labs and X-rays, surgery will cost about 3-5 thousand dollars. All donations will be greatly appreciated
