Help us secure a rental property!

Hi, my name is Jackie and I am a 34 year old single parent to the most incredible 3 year old. I have been his kinship carer from birth. Cost of living has hit everyone hard, and we see daily the hard path people have in obtaining a basic necessity - housing. Sadly, we are in that same boat now. We recently received a notice to vacate our rental property due to the owners wanting to sell, along with a huge rental increase from the end of our lease to the vacate deadline. This is making it impossible on a single parent pension to put money aside to save for a bond, first month's rent, and removalist costs. We need help, and it hurts to be in this position to have to ask for it. I don't want us to be homeless this Christmas, but without support, this may be a reality.
