Help us send letters of support to key workers
Donation protected
I am a first-year university student from London and have recently launched The Crisis Project, a non-profit social enterprise aiming to create a community of changemakers. Our flagship project, Letters For The NHS has been featured on ITV News and The Evening Standard, and has reached over 700 volunteers, bringing a smile to hundreds of key workers.
To date, the costs associated with postage have been entirely self-funded. Completely transparently, sending a letter costs me £1 (card enclosed, and postage fees). It sounds like nothing, but it does start to add up. If every person reading this gave just £1, the kind of money you'd find in an old coat pocket, we would easily sustain the funds we require.
Larger donations would be greatly appreciated, since we are hoping to grow and expand into other projects. But truly any support has an impact. Thank you all so much, stay safe.
Any excess funding will be put towards other projects that we run, or donated to a charity relevant to the project you have donated for.
