Help Us Settle in Vancouver

Hi, it is me Ted. Things have not worked out in my hometown St. John’s, so I’ve taken the offer of a place to stay while I look for work in Vancouver. Sadly, I’m getting hit with lots of unforeseen charges before leaving. Shipping the car. Getting an agent to find a renter for the house.
