Help Us Share the Story of Chicago’s Hidden Eco-Gem
Donation protected
Our Story: We’re House of Bug, a small group of passionate filmmakers based in Chicago with a mission to tell stories about hidden but impactful places and projects in the city. We’ve just completed a short documentary about the Wild Mile, a floating eco-park that’s revitalizing a section of the Chicago River.
This park is a symbol of hope and innovation, showcasing the potential for environmental restoration in urban areas. Our documentary highlights the tireless effort that volunteers have put into improving both the natural ecosystem and the community’s connection to the river.
Why We Need Your Help: Your generous donation will go toward film festival submission fees and promotional costs, helping our film—and its important message—reach a broader audience. By sharing this documentary, we hope to spark conversation about environmental action and foster greater community engagement.
Support Local Filmmakers: Your donation also supports a team of new filmmakers who are passionate about telling stories that matter in our city.
