HELP US SPREAD OUR IMPACT IN NIGERIA

Hello, I’m Rest Essence, a Mental Health Advocate and I am fundraising for a widespread impact of our project, CAMPUS-CARES in Nigeria.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death amongst youths aged 15-24 and this is exacerbated by anxiety and depression.

Studies show that this prevalent amongst youths in high schools and universities in Nigeria but the stigma around mental health issues has caused many to keep quiet rather than speak up, increasing the rate of attempted suicides.

CAMPUS-CARES is changing this! We are empowering youths with the means to speak up, thereby creating awareness around the issues. This empowerment also includes stress management workshops to help them have a better work-life balance.

To amplify our impact, we need your support to buy gadgets, tools for outreaches to schools, publicity materials that can help us effectively do this.
