Help Us Stop Rabies in Luwero:Sponsor Free Community Clinics

Tax deductible
Luwero District, Uganda, is facing a growing public health crisis due to a rise in dog bite cases, many of which are suspected to involve rabies. Between January and December 2024, a staggering 532 dog bite cases were reported across 18 subcounties and town councils, posing a serious threat to both people and animals.

Domestic dogs were responsible for over 369 of these cases, with school-going children and women being the most affected. Without urgent intervention, the risk of rabies outbreaks continues to grow, endangering entire communities.

That’s why we are raising funds to sponsor 5 Free Community Clinic Days in May—providing rabies vaccinations, population control efforts, and community education to protect lives and create a safer environment for both animals and people.

Your donation will help:
✅ Provide free rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats
✅ Support spay/neuter programs to control animal overpopulation
✅ Educate communities on rabies prevention and responsible pet care

Every contribution brings us closer to ending rabies in Luwero. Together, we can save lives!
