Help Us Support Caregivers Suffering from Burnout

My name is Lynnel Townsend. I am The Caregiver Coach. I am a professional

caregiver with over 18 years of experience. I Specialize in helping families and caregivers create a unique (Book of Instructions) or Plans of care, similar to ones we use daily through professional caregiving agencies, to care for up to 3 disabled individuals. Yet, my Plan of Care has more features! WHY? Because I look at things through the eyes of a caregiver to understand their daily challenges and know what it will take to end or prevent burnout. So with the support of a devoted team, I took these skills and created an entire organization and our sole purpose is to give these caregivers and families tools, skills and resources the average caregiver does not know about, but that can help them prevent or end burnout.

But now we could use your help! Because of how unique our services are, we are generating a lot of attention from individuals and organizations. Yet all of our services and products we have created over the years has been as volunteers and out of pocket. So as our services gets more attention our operating costs and expenses increases. For this reason we are asking your help to raise $56,000.

What will these funds be used for?

Every 14,000 raised help us meet our monthly goal which includes helping us start our 60 day challenge to give our services away for 3 recipients in desperate need of our services. We have many services designed to support these caregivers suffering from burnout.

Your donations will help us for 4 months do the following:

• Pay staff to provide services, perform tasks, including supporting three recipients of our 60 Day Challenge as explained below. This is 5 staff @ $15 an hour x 30 hours a week= $9,000 a month x 4 months $36,000

• Marketing Expenses- for web cost and maintenance, Advertisement, including our main platform- throughout the month on various radio stations where we offer the public a free service, resources, skills and information the average caregiver does not know about, various other interviews and events…, $1,250 a month x 4 months $5,000

• Operating Costs- Business expenses- supplies, our online school, various marketing programs essential for our online school etc. $750 a month approx. x 4 months $3,000

• Our 60 Day Challenge- This is where a few times a year our goal is to give our services away for free to three recipients in desperate need of our services. My staff and I will monitor and support them from Day-1 to Day 60 to show the world beneficial results from using our products and inculcating our services. One major feature of this challenge after we give the service away for free is to have additional caregivers available for these recipients who will work 2-3 days a week to gives these caregivers a break to prevent burnout. To do so we need to donate $1,200 a month for these recipients to pay them $300 a week. This will cost a total of $7,200

• Unexpected cost- $5,000
