My name is Noelle, and I am reaching out on behalf of my godfather, Jason Cronin (Fox)

At just 46 years old, Jason has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia. Known for his incredible sense of humor and ability to make everyone around him laugh, Jason has always brightened our lives. Now, it's our turn to bring joy and support to him as he faces this tough journey.

Jason's Story.

Jason has always been the funniest person I know, effortlessly cracking jokes and lighting up every room he enters. But his humor is matched by his kindness, he would do anything for anyone. His greatest joy is his family, and he deeply loves his wife and two kids.

Tragically, dementia is robbing Jason of these precious moments far too soon. At just 46, he should be enjoying life with his family, but instead, he's facing a rapidly progressing disease that makes everyday tasks increasingly difficult.

The Challenge

Dementia is a progressive disease that impacts not only the person diagnosed but also their loved ones. As Jason's condition worsens, he requires more specialized care, including medical treatments, therapy sessions, and daily assistance. This growing need is placing a significant financial burden on our family.
