We are excited to announce the launch of our GoFundMe campaign to support Lady Jewels of Purpose/Gentle Rocs, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing our young women (Jewels) and young men (Rocs) into successful, responsible, and accountable young adults.
Our mission at Lady Jewels of Purpose/Gentle Rocs is to provide essential resources and support to underprivileged communities and improve educational opportunities. To continue our efforts and expand our impact, we need your help.
What We Need and How Your Donations Will Be Used:
1. Supplies: Your contributions will help us purchase essential supplies such as educational materials, hygiene products, clothing, and other necessities that directly benefit the individuals and families we support.
2. Travel: We aim to travel to facilitate the distribution of goods, volunteers, and beneficiaries. As well as take the young ladies and men on trips for youth conferences and recreational outings to help other communities in need. This will enable us to reach remote and underserved areas more efficiently and provide timely support.
3. Building: We would like to construct/purchase in the future a dedicated facility that will serve as our operational hub, community center, and safe space for our beneficiaries. This building will house various programs, activities, and resources critical to our mission.
4. Food: A portion of the funds will be allocated to our food distribution program, ensuring that those in need have access to nutritious meals. This includes both emergency food supplies and ongoing meal programs.
5. Workshops and Training Programs: We believe in empowering individuals through education and skill development. Your donations will support workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing the capabilities and employability of our beneficiaries, helping them build better futures.
